A Tigo account allows you to log in to Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) monitoring portal or app as an Installer or System Owner to view and manage your systems.
Installer Account
To create your new Installer Level Account, go to: How do I create an Installer Account?
Solar Industry Professionals require specific tools and privileges for system creation and maintenance.
The Installer Account offers:
- Ability to create or delete systems
- Additional diagnostic and production tools
- Ability to modify or add items to an existing system
- Ability to add System Owners or Users to the system
Note: The privileges listed above include tools that can cause non-reversible consequences (to either the account or system). Installer Level privileges are not made available to System Owners to avoid accidental modification or deletion.
System Owner Account

How do I Change the Account Level?
If you find that an account does not have the correct registration (user level), please Contact Tigo Support and request an account level change. For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your account level before any changes are made.
