System Owner Access
Upon the commissioning of a brand new Tigo System, the Installer must include the System Owner's contact (email) information in their process. This information should automatically generate a Welcome email, requesting that the System Owner claims and verify their account.
If you have not received the Welcome email, please contact your Installer to make sure they have included the correct information in your system's details.
For those who have not have received a Welcome email (due to a misspelling, or spam-block), please Contact Tigo Support for assistance. You may be asked to verify or confirm your ownership, by supplying documentation, like:
- A utility bill, including both site address & owner's name
- A property bill of sale or purchase receipt for system
- The Tigo system ID, address, and CCA MAC ID/serial number
- The correct email address associated with the System Owner
New Installer Access
A System Owner may choose to add or replace their Installer at anytime. In order to grant access to the new Installer, we require that the System's Owner sends a formal email request to: support@tigoenergy.com.
This request must include:
- Confirmation of account (if not sending from email associated with account)
- Name and Email of Installer's Account
Note: The new Installer must have an existing Installer's Account registered with Tigo, before we can add them to the System Owner's Account. If you do not, please Register your Installer Account before asking the System Owner to send their request.
Friends / Family Access
Friends, family and coworkers can be given permanent or temporary access to a System Owner's account. To find out more about this process, go to: How do I share or add another user to a system?
