This article discusses the Account procedure for changing your personal account information.

As a Tigo System Owner, you have the ability to change your Personal Profile information (including email, name and login), on both the Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) App, and/or within the Tigo EI Portal (online).
Edit on Tigo EI App:
- Sign into the Tigo EI App
- Select the 3-Line button (upper left)
- Choose Profile
- Press Edit bar
- Make necessary changes
- Press Update bar
Edit on Tigo EI Portal (online):
When signed into the Tigo Account Portal (online), there are 2 methods of navigating to the Tigo Account Profile.

Both methods navigate to the Account profile page. Once there:
- Update email address (or other profile information)
- Click Update button (lower right).
