The simple answer is: No.
The Fire Safety (TS4-F/2F) and Monitoring (TS4-O/S/M) groups of MLPEs use different communication architectures, and cannot be mixed on a system.
MLPE Group Distinction
Tigo Flex MLPEs are produced in two distinct groups that are not cross-compatible because they function in different ways.
Monitoring Group | Non-Monitoring Group |
Wireless radio data transceiver system with monitoring MLPEs, TAP, and CCA. |
PLC (power line communication) induced pulse from a Tigo RSS Transmitter. No data. |

Since these two groups cannot be mixed, an array cannot be outfitted with both Monitoring and Non-Monitoring MLPEs. If you would like to add an MLPE for RSD purposes (only) to an existing monitoring system, please refer to the TS4-S. It will provide RSD compliance, as well as monitoring.
