Tigo offers Free and a Premium system service packages. These options are available to any users (System Owners or Installers) within the Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) Monitoring Portal or EI App. This article provides information for both packages.

A Tigo System includes a Free (basic) system service package that includes a wealth of monitoring tools at no additional cost to the System Owner or Installer. These features can be upgraded by a subscription to the Premium service package, at any time.
A subscription to Premium system service can be applied by either the System Owner or Installer. Once the level of service is set, anyone that has access to the system, will be able use the available Premium features.
The comparison chart (below), lists the features that are available within the Free and Premium (subscription) packages.

Within the Tigo Portal, you can create a virtual meter for direct monitoring of a connected modbus device (ie., meters, inverters, etc). This process is included with the Free service package.

The only requirement is an Internet connection for the Tigo Management Unit or Cloud Connect to send data.

How to Purchase Premium
You can purchase your Premium subscription easily within your Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) account:
- Log in to your Tigo Account
- Select the desired system to which you want to apply the Premium subscription, to
- Go to: Settings > Premium (on the left side of the page)
- Choose 'Start 1 Month Premium Free' or 'Upgrade to Premium' (bottom of page)
If you click 'Upgrade to Premium', you will be prompted with the subscription packages and prices.

Glossary of Terms
|Advanced Charts||A refined data experience including one-minute detail, in a View Chart, and Download CSV option.|
|API Access||Tigo's API (application programming interface) allows developers to pull data directly from the Tigo Cloud, into third-party software.|
|Dashboard||The first page you see when you log in to the software. This acts as a fleet management tool, and it includes Google Maps integration, fleet-level statistics, environmental impact analysis, etc.|
|View 15 minute-level (historic) data granularity for two weeks, daily-level data for two months, month-level granularity for two years, and free year-level granularity for the full history of the system.|
