First Time Users
Whether you are the owner of a new Tigo MLPE data system (TS4), or an (EI) Energy Intelligence Residential Inverter/Battery System, all data-producing systems include an online resource (or Portal) for the owner to review. To establish this account, the system will automatically send an email to the new owner once the installer has entered their information, and completed the commissioning process:
This emailed invitation includes a link to verify the user and confirm their access to the system online.
Note: System owners who have installed a TS4-F Fire Safety (only) System, or other non-monitored products, will not receive an introductory email as those services do not transmit data.

Difficulty Signing in
If it's the first time that you have tried to sign in (and you find that you are unable to do so), your email address may not be verified within our system. Look for the invite in your email and spam folders:

If you did not receive this invitation, it may be due to a couple of known issues:

Spelling of the email address.
Typos can obstruct the verification email. If you think that this may have happened, please inquire with your installer to correct the misspelled email

User Email was never entered.
Sometimes installers overlook the step of adding the new system owner's email during the setup process. Please inquire with your installer to correct this.

Note: You may be asked to confirm your system ownership by providing one of these items.
- Receipt or deed for the system (or property)
- Pic of the serial number label on your data logger.
- Utility bill, showing the address of system and owner's information
