The Tigo TS4 product line is compatible with nearly every inverter manufacturer in the industry (comprehensive list, found here). However, there are some technologies that pose unique product integration challenges for the installer.
Sol-Ark products include a conveniently accessible TX-15K-A internal power supply that is intended to accommodate the Sol-Ark branded 0900-80V Rapid Shut Down (RSD) initiator.
This internal power supply is not considered compatible with Tigo's RSD initiators as it does not meet the minimum requirements for either device:

Sol-Ark has updated its installation manuals in July 2023 to reflect this information. The new documentation shows that the terminal output is 12V, but it is only rated to 100mA (1.2W). It also includes a well-written statement about rapid shutdown options, when installing a Tigo RSS Transmitter.
When integrating a Tigo TS4 system with the Sol-Ark hybrid inverter, the rapid shutdown components should always be installed with the PS provided by Tigo. Please refer to the appropriate Tigo Installation manuals for more information.
