How do I manage my tickets with Tigo?
1. Login to the Tigo Help Center.
2. Select 'My Activities'.
A summary of your tickets is displayed with the subject, ticket ID #, creation date, last activity date, and the status. You can also do a search on your tickets.

3. Click on the subject of a ticket to display the ticket details.
On the ticket details page, you can view the ticket activity log and other information, such as the Tigo specialist assigned to your ticket, the RMA number and FedEx Tracking number.
Click on the 'Add to conversation' box to add information and update the Tigo specialist assigned to your ticket.
