Tigo has released a new version of the Energy Intelligence (EI) Portal on March 25, 2024. Several new features were added, including a brief description of these changes (below).
Monitoring Upgrade
The main system overview page with the Power Flow and the Basic Charts pages have been migrated to our new upgraded infrastructure. This means faster page loading times and a 'near real-time' view of what the system is producing. The data on these pages presents a very recent snapshot of what is happening now within the monitored system.
EV Charger Upgrade (EU)
We've introduced a new streamlined process to help installers commission the European EI EV Charger faster and easier than before. Along with better guidance in the Tigo EI App, we also help scan and verify proper connections so installers know everything is up and running before the commissioning process is completed. Along with this, users of the EV Charger will experience real-time communication support, so any button pressed in the app to control the EV Charger is immediately sent to the device for full and complete remote control of the system.
Faster Support Connections (CCA)
To better service our installers, we have released a new method of connecting to the CCA (including the CCA in our EI Inverters), which allows Tigo to diagnose and help with installations with zero delays. The CCA now uses a near real-time communications mechanism, so when systems being commissioned need remote help, Tigo can connect to that system immediately and help get the installers moving forward with the installation without any additional delays.
