    Hello Miroslav,

I'm sorry we didn't get to your original question. I can totally sympathize with you- I have an emergency button on the side of my house and it is just too tempting for kids to push. Must be that bright red button!

If pulling the switch out does not work then there might be something with the inverter. It may need some time to reset if it cannot be done manually. Regardless, I looked at your system and it appears to be working normally. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. Have a good weekend!

    Hi Miroslav,

There is a pairing process that happens during commissioning with our monitoring products (TS4-M/S/O), we call this "discovery".  The CCA looks for TS4s matching the serial numbers (bar codes) you input when you build the site.  Once it finds them, they are "bound" to that particular CCA.  After that binding is complete, if the TS4s lose contact with *that* CCA, they will stay in shutdown until they hear from it again.  This surprises some people when they try to re-use TS4s from one site to another with a different CCA.  This can be done but you will need our help.  In normal operation with the same CCA and TS4s, restoring power to the CCA after shutdown should wake the TS4s and they should resume power production.  If that is still not happening, please contact Tigo support in your region.

Hi Gary, the principle is absolutely clear. The problem is that CCA runs normally however the TSR-O units are turned off as there is no DC voltage. It happened after previous accidental rapid shut down activated by an external switch. The ticket (#52903) has been opened already but seems the supporter cannot help us...

Hi Miroslav, after working with you, I'm glad it turned out the the CCA just needed to be reset and that there was no problem.
