Red bars on some of my panels
I’m just bringing up my array. This is the first day in operation.
In the web interface and on the app some of my panels but not all of them have red bars at the bottom. What do those red bars indicate? Is it just that they are TS4-A-S units? If so why don’t all of the units have the red bars?
I do not seem to have any alerts. So I don’t think that it indicates a problem.

Hello,
A Red bar at the lower portion of the panel, simply indicates that you have installed a TS4-S (safety) model.
If you see Red Bars missing from panels, it may be that you have either just Discovered the system, or you are viewing it on the Tigo SMARTapp and the Data connection (to the internet) is slower than expected.
