There are two different monitoring packages that allow for varying degrees of visibility into the system. Messaging is further described below.
Tigo is always looking for new ways to serve our customers and if you have a suggestion for an alert or message then please let us know!
Both the Free and Premium packages offer safety reporting via email and or SMS. Those will go out within an hour or so of the event. Daily or monthly reporting varies with the subscription. You can change these notifications at any time by logging into the Energy Intelligence site and on the left side menu, select Settings --> Notifications.
