I have the same problem, 4 of 12 panels have turned grey. They have worked for 2 months without problems.

Gary H. covered the most common reason for a grey module- improper TAP placement. However, poor communication could also be caused by damaged communication wiring, loose communication wiring, or a damaged TAP. I have seen a few service cases where the TAP was incorrectly installed and allowed for moisture ingress.

Regardless of the cause, the Tigo Service team will help you get your system back to normal operation.

    Hello Alan Mitton

It sounds like you could use some help from our Customer Support Team

I have created a ticket and a Support Engineer should be in contact with you soon. They will take the time necessary to resolve the issue you are experiencing.

In the meantime, please take a moment to review our article on PV-Module Colors - What do they mean? to review the what the data could be indicating.
