Why has TIGO stopped reporting our production to SECTrade?

For some reason, our production has stopped being reported to SECTrade since June of last year.  I've tried to reach out to TIGO, LOTUS and SECTrade without any productive response. I received an email stating what our production was but still it is not being reported to SECTrade.  Looking for help!

  Production credits are reported using 'Revenue Grade Meter' which need Internet service to report the power production and usage.
  
  Perhaps you changed something regarding your home network and/or Internet service so the Meter needs to be reconfigured to be able to use the Internet. Your installer can help you with this, or the Meter manufacturer.
