    Hello all!

    Thank you for your contributions to the Tigo Community!

    Tigo is in the midst of a renovation to create a higher-speed format with near real-time data for our cloud services. This process involves the migrations of tens of thousands of international users (many with up to 10 years or more of stored data). For this reason, the migration has been a bit slower than expected, and some users have been experiencing data dropouts. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that any data stored on your CCA will be recovered as full functionality returns.

    In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your continuing patience with this process.

    Same here. Actual data are displayed, but no historical data for panels or as trend since 10th of April.

    Same here. No data since 13.04.2024. And I paid for a premium account. That is not acetable!

    Same here since 11th April.
    Website says something about upgrading to faster service and some data and services may not be available. But this seems a long time.

    I was told by tech support that the issue is with the app, and that the data os still available through the website. They mentioned that they are working on a new app release that should fix the issue, but couldnt give me date when it will be avalable. For now is probably best to access your pannel data through the web site.Hope this helps you.

    Same here, i can see only from website and only produces energy by panel. Others... power by panel and reclaimed power by panel is not showing.

    Mobile application not showing any data by panel. It is crazy and without action long time. TIGO, please wake up and make correction. You are loosing customers...

    They said they are in the process of migrating system and no data will be lost

    Tigo support notified me There is now a new update for the application, and advised me that the update will show the data. I can confirm that after updating to the new application I xan see data from my solar pannels it took a couple of minutes to load the data but it displays the information now. You can try it and hopefully this fix applies to you as well.

    Thanks everyone for the help and guidance. For system view not showing up, please update your apps. For historical data before Feb 17 2024, we are in the process of migrating that data over to our new system. It will take some time and we will ensure the community remains updated.

    No sure if this is linked, but from the web portal, in advanced Charts, I still cannot download any recent data. The downloaded file is empty.....

    Advanced Charts > period 10 to 24 of april > Minute > power.

    The data is still being migrated. We'll have a targeted date of completion shortly and i'll update the community.
