Our teams expect the system to be back up shortly. In the meantime, all production data has been saved, and the dataloggers will continue to cache and store your system's data until theses services return.

    Why does my sma inverter also report 0kwh I expected 10kwh today

    Thank you for your reply. 

    I was under the impression that you were experiencing issues related to a very recent server outage. My apologies for the confusion. 

    If both the Tigo system and your inverter are saying that there is Zero Production, there may be an issue with the system. You can check for system error codes on both your inverter and on the Tigo App for more information. 

    Aside from this, please contact the Tigo Support Team if you require additional assistance. Our highly trained Engineers will work towards understanding why your system is no longer producing.
