    Hello Gerard Marquez

Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community!

Since the Tigo MLPEs and TAP are all radio transceivers, it is possible for the units to experience interference from other radio broadcasts (or even home 2.4 GHz devices). If you find that there is a point of interference close to the array, you can move the source farther away or change the location of the TAP to increase the RSSI (radio signal strength indication).

I don't think it is interference because the optimizers next to the questionable ones are reading 100 to 130 and only vary 2 to 3. The questionable ones vary 70 to 90 over the day. Zigbee or Wifi interference would affect an area of the solar panels not just one.

    Hello Gerard Marquez,

    Thank you for your reply.

Tigo has seen varying cases where a consumer-model device (like a Wifi extender, wireless phone, digital cable dish, etc), greatly disrupted the pattern around a very specific area. It can sometimes depend upon the signal type, the proximity, and the signal throw of the device that is causing the interference.

I have opened up a ticket for you with Tigo Support. An Engineer will be in contact to help evaluate the issue very soon.

Thank you for your patience with this process.
