    The App Software team has found the cause and released a fix for it, so there should be no further instances of the Server Connection Failure. Please restart your devices and sign into your accounts to confirm. If you see any additional irregularities, please reply to your open tickets with the Support Team, to help us to chart them effectively.

    I don’t know if this is related, but I am getting a problem connecting to server message on the homepage for my installation. I am still getting my own live feed system information but none of the statistics.

    I have had same issue since 20/2/2024. On the Overview page I get 3 "Tigo EI" red messages saying "Problem connecting to server. Please try again.". On the "Overview" page there is no weather or data information displayed, N/A appears under "Today Metrics" and "Lifetime Metrics" is blank. The pages for "System View" and "Basic Charts" do show the days information though. I have left it thinking that it would sort itself out, but this looks to be around the same time the above posted issues were reported, so adding my findings here in case it's the same and more widespread issue. Please can you assist?

    Ian, That's exactly what I am experiencing!  Geoff from Tigo support looked into it and from his side everything works fine.  He suggest logging off and logging on, clearing cache etc. I've tried all that.  Also different browsers: Firefox, Safari, Chrome and different hardware: iPhone, iPad, Mac to no avail.  Also tried my Windows notebook.  No joy!

    Gary, a support ticket has just been created for me and I have now added the screenshots of the Overview screen working from 19/2/24 and then with those red server connectivity messages that have been appearing since 20/2/24 (I screenshot Overview, System and Basic stats daily). Similar to your situation, I tried different browsers and log off, log back on. Checked for a Pass on the network connectivity for the CCA etc and still the same issue. That's where I found this thread and hope there's a solution soon now there's more than one person having the issue and it ties in with something going wrong around 19/2 to 20/2..

    I’m having exactly the same issues as Ian. 3 messages telling me there is a problem connecting to the server, and no weather info. My system was just turned on 2/19/24. I’m in Arizona.

    I am having the same issue as all of the above customers....Is this at Tigo's side with their server???

    Same issue! In the UK so i imagine it is Tigo's end that is the issue

    Same issue here in the foothills of California. No stats, but everything else works correctly.

    I'm not getting the server connection error, but the Today Metrics are showing as 0 and the Solar Reclaimed are not showing on the Solar Production graph on the Overview screen.

    It looks like the Overview details have started reporting correctly today sometime around 2pm.

    Our VP of Software Products has stated that the new infrastructure change-over has already been started but will take a moment to complete, as it will be accomplished in stages:

    • Overview Page has already moved over to the new infrastructure.
    • Basic Charts Page will be coming online this week.
    • System View Page will be delivered in a few weeks (once the system's data is migrated). 

    We greatly appreciate your patience with this process and assure you that the changes will improve the experience for all our customers.
