    Thank you. Why does the status.tigoenergy.com website show “all systems are operational”? Shouldn’t that be the place we can go to see the current status? Having the detail charts and panels data are part of that system, correct?

    Well I guess this explains it.  Started out with 1 panel grayed out on Saturday, now get device_info failed to load and no reporting on any panels.  Hopefully your new fix, fixes my system.

    Nonostante lo status sia operativo io continuo a non poter usare le API a pagamento da più di un giorno. Lo stato del servizio non è in tempo reale?

    Dovreste permettere di interrogare le API anche in locale, così togliereste un po' di traffico verso il vostro servizio cloud.

    I server hanno riscontrato un ritardo di recente, ma dovresti comunque ricevere i dati tramite la tua API. Poiché questo è un problema che deve essere risolto, ho aperto un ticket per te. Un ingegnere ti contatterà al più presto per valutare il problema. Grazie per la pazienza dimostrata durante questo processo.

    Nel frattempo, Tigo Data non viene fornito in tempo reale. Osservando il tuo sistema, noterai che i dati sono sempre indietro di 20-30 minuti rispetto all'ora effettiva. Questo perché il processo di raggruppamento dei dati avviene in cicli di 10 minuti (dal CCA). I dati vengono quindi importati ed elaborati nel tuo account sul portale Tigo. Questo processo richiede altri 10-15 minuti prima di vederlo visualizzato sul tuo account. Apprezziamo la tua pazienza con questo processo.

    The servers have encountered a delay recently, but you should still be getting data through your API. Since this is an issue that needs to be resolved, I have opened up a ticket for you. An Engineer will be in contact to evaluate the issue very soon. Thank you for your patience with this process.

    In the meantime, Tigo Data is not delivered in real-time. When looking at your system, you will notice that the data is always 20-30 minutes behind the actual time. This is because the process of batching the data comes in 10-minute cycles (from the CCA). The data is then imported and processed into your account on the Tigo Portal. This process takes another 10-15 minutes before you see it displayed on your account. We appreciate your patience with this process.

    Thank you for your reply. 

    The goal was to build the new infrastructure by the end of February. 

    As our team is returning from holiday, there may be a day or two before we can confirm if the team will meet its goal, or if there are any delays in implementation, etc. As soon as I know, I will gladly share this information with you all. 

    In the meantime, I've opened a Support Ticket for you so the team can chart this issue. A Support Team Engineer will be in contact soon.

    Our VP of Software Products has stated that the new infrastructure change-over has already been started but will take a moment to complete, as it will be accomplished in stages:

    • Overview Page has already moved over to the new infrastructure.
    • Basic Charts Page will be coming online this week.
    • System View Page will be delivered in a few weeks (once the system's data is migrated). 

    We greatly appreciate your patience with this process and assure you that the changes will improve the experience for all our customers.
