Is the TIGO system down? I am not seeing production on my computer

    I reviewed our Tigo Status Page and confirmed that our cloud services have experienced some brief outages recently.
     

    The outage may be due to recent upgrade efforts to increase speed and coverage in communities that are experiencing data delays. These upgrades are being performed during the lowest international activity hours, but may still affect the desired viewing time in your location. Our apologies if this has caused any inconvenience.

    Please rest assured that your system will still store all historical data and upload it after an outage or upgrade has been completed.
