    Ahoj je tu podpora v České Republice na cca musíš zadat sériové číslo je na cca jednotce

    Each system is designed differently. What affects your system may be different from others. That is why it's important to contact Tigo Support and have one of our highly trained Engineers review the system and see if there are any contributing issues. 

    With that being said, I can see that you have already opened a ticket and are discussing the system with them. Once the question has been answered, please feel free to share with the Community by replying to this thread.
