    Hi Pavel, it looks like you submitted a ticket with us back in June and we closed it out after resetting the CCA. Please contact our Customer Sucess team to reopen or start a new ticket.

    Cloud Connect Advanced Serial "04C05B804DAA" has already been taken.

    Can someone help me ?
