    Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community. 

    Every system is different, and there can be unique issues that are apparent in the design or how the system is setup online. For these questions, we encourage our users to contact the Tigo Support Team for an official remote review of the system. 

    With that being said, I see that you have already opened a ticket with our Support Team, and they are working on a solution. Once the issue has been resolved, please feel free to return to this link and share the outcome with the Community Members.
