CCA doesn't discover client's wifi

    Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community!

    The CCA's ability to recognize a network connection, may be hindered by several things: 

    • The network name may be hidden (a security setting on the network), or behind a firewall.
    • The signal may be too far, or incurring interference.
    • The modem/router may be set to an automatic 2.4GHz / 5GHz selection (Tigo only recognizes 2.4GHz).

    I see that you have not contacted Customer Support about this. Tigo's Engineers are very good at helping resolve issues like this. I have created a ticket with them.
