    Thank you for contributing to the Tigo Community!

    The Tigo Systems sends updates to the cloud every 10 minutes. Then, the data is parsed and updated to the accounts in another 10-minute cycle. I suspect that the app may be receiving its data slower than the desktop version due to a slow connection with the cellular plan (but that's just a guess). If you continue to notice this, please Submit Feedback through the app and/or web portal, as it will help our developers to know what is specifically going on in regards to the page, and to the settings for your device. 

    In the meantime, I see you have opened up a ticket with Tigo Support. Please continue working with them and feel free to share the results of your conversation once they have found or corrected any issue.
