CCA/TAP not reconnecting to TS4 after rapid shutdown
I have a residential system based in the UK with 14 panels split over 2 strings A & B, each panel has a TS4-A-O, one TAP and one CCA. Up until a few days ago the system was working a well, all the TS4’s were talking to the TAP. Couple of days ago the system had a Rapid Shutdown, and since then i have not been able to see all the panels.
String A is all working fine, worth the TS4’s talking to the TAP
String B has 6 panels with only one that is talking to the TAP.
I have updated the CCA software, reset the CCA and run numerous discovery functions, but none of which will find the remaining 5 panels.
I have a support ticket in but apart from the initial response i have had no response for over 2 days now. I have asked on the ticket to remove the RSD as I’m in the UK, but how can i get my 5 ‘missing’ panels to talk to the tap?
