Optimiser MM-ES050V300W

I have a 12 year old system. 16x 235w panels in a single string on these optimisers. Into a TIGO controller. On 24th Ec three panels stopped working. TIGO say optimisers are faulty. That the new TS4 is a replacement. However, I am told that unplugging and replugging often solves the problem. I tried unplugging one and then replugged, but no luck. Is there a knack to this or any solutions before I try a replace a unit.

    The TS4 is the correct unit for replacing an MM-ES50 model MLPE (module level power electronic). I see that you have an open ticket with Tigo Support. Please continue to work with the Tigo Engineers on finding a resolution to the issue you are experiencing. Once your ticket has been resolved, feel free to share your findings on this Tigo Community post. 

    In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your patience with this process.
