    Hello Carrie Santore

Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community!

The Tigo System you have installed on your array is a panel-level DC (only) system.

However, the Tigo portal can import and display a data stream from another device (like an AC meter or inverter). This process requires a modbus wired connection from your meter (or inverter), to the MMU. Once this connection has been accomplished, Tigo Support can help set up the import of the data stream and make this visible within your account.

For more information on this process, see:

I'm just getting back to this issue. I do have a wired link. So shouldn't I be seeing the AC production?

    Hello Carrie Santore

    Thank you for your reply.

Do you have a Tigo Inverter? If not, the data that your 3rd Party Inverter produces only goes to your inverter manufacturer's cloud (if they offer online cloud services). If you would like to import that data into your Tigo Cloud, you will have to do it by connecting the inverter to the Tigo CCA (via wired RS-485 or TCP Ethernet cable) and using the Modbus information in this article:

If you require assistance, please reach out to Tigo Support. Our Engineers can work with you (or your installer) to make this possible.
