Lost production data
The Tigo reporting was showing production during 08/17/2023 on the System View screen, which then disappeared, looking at the date in question Tigo reporting shows my production was only 128 instead of the expect 14.68kWh, when will my panel data be available?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing data issues. I assure you that the data you are seeking is safely stored and will be available soon. For now, I have opened a ticket with Customer Support and a Tigo Engineer will be in contact soon.
In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your patience while our Engineers provide a resolution.

Looks like your data and system are now all normal. There may have been some processing delays that had the information not show up. We are in the middle of a major upgrade to our systems so we've been seeing some latency on some systems. That said, our teams checked your site and the data is current and working normal. Do note, in the event of a data latency issue, production data is always cached at the data logger (CCA) side so production data is never lost.
