Tigo App for iOS is full of bugs, not fit for purpose.

I can see that you have an open ticket that the Tigo Support Engineers will be reviewing. Please allow them the time to process the information and see if this is related to a specific issue (app version vs. iOS version). In the meantime, I have brought this to the attention of the app engineering team to shine a light on the issue.

Appreciate the feedback and the issues you are having. We've been dealing with some data processing issues with certain systems that we are implementing fixes for. Regarding the iOS app, we get all feedback and create an internal issue for each. We have a build going through testing now and will be pushing that out shortly. Once a new version is available please update. If your issue still persists, please let us know.
