TS4 2020 500w models

We had 9 no. TS4 optimisers fitted to a new array in August 2020 ( on one string only due to shading).

The installer replaced some of the optimisers a few months later due to under performance.

Now with 3 years data to look at, we can see they are under performing by about 25%. The installer is not interested.

We have now replaced all 9 optimiser with the newer TS-0-4 700w, CCA and TAP. Plus assistance from your help centre to update the software and everything if fine. Solar reclaimed from the Optimisers is around 30%.

So my question is are the older models covered under warranty, how do we prove which are the faulty modules.

Its just frustrating having to pay twice for a product which should have worked the first time.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
