Aug 9 2023 TIGO System Down?
TIGO is not up on my laptop; and has been down all day today (8-9-2023). It worked fine yesterday.
Yes, I did go check out my inverter; all is working as designed.

We had a data processing issue that caused a few systems to be delayed in how production data was displayed. Rest assured all production data is cached and not lost. If the issue is still happening let us know and we can take a look. You can also check the infrastructure status here.

Thank you for your reply and patience.
Have you deleted your browser cache recently? An internet browser can retain information from the previous build, causing the new changes to be blocked or slowed down. Try deleting your browser cache and then restart the application.
If you have done this (and still continue to experience these issues), please reply to the ticket that you have open with the Support Team and they will continue to assist.

I just completed deleting my "All Time" browser cache, then shut down all sessions, and rebooted my laptop. TIGO still does not show my solar data.

Same problem here. It hasn’t been working since some time yesterday. App and browser not working.
Cleared cache different browser the usual no help.0 -

This is the 3rd morning in a row in which I'm not seeing production values, either online or on my app. I have cleared my cache and no change. Later in the afternoon I have been able to see production.

Good news for all who are on this thread!
It looks like the Web Engineers at Tigo have corrected the issue and all of the accounts are now functioning as expected. Please allow 2 days (over the weekend) to see if there are any further anomalies. If you see something, please reply to your open support ticket(s), so that the Tigo Support Team can track any further issues.

Not all functions are back. The icon that shows how much generation at the moment has not worked for several days, and it
is not working now. And the "System View" does not seem to be accurate.
