Inverter non compatibile

Buongiorno, ho già inviato richiesta test compatibilità il 9 giugno per inverter Voltronic; vorrei sapere nel caso in cui non fosse compatibile le funzioni di monitoraggio, arresto manuale e ottimizzazione sarebbero comunque possibili oppure no? Grazie

  Ho esaminato il tuo account e non ho trovato nessuna tua email in entrata nella coda dell'Assistenza Tigo. Sto aprendo un ticket di servizio e un ingegnere Tigo ti contatterà presto.

  Intanto:

  • Gli ottimizzatori Tigo sono compatibili con la maggior parte degli inverter, ibridi e controller di carica presenti sul mercato.
  • Inverter compatibili sottoposti a test incrociati (per garantire la compatibilità assoluta).
  • Elenco certificato UL PVRSS*

  * L'elenco UL PVRSS Certified si riferisce agli inverter che includono il trasmettitore necessario per i sistemi TS4-A-F e 2F (Fire Safety). Questi sistemi non ottimizzano né forniscono dati, sono conformi solo ai requisiti NEC per Rapid Shutdown (RSD), negli Stati Uniti.

  I have reviewed your account and I have not found any inbound emails from you, in the Tigo Support queue. I am opening a service ticket and a Tigo Engineer will be in contact soon. 

  In the meantime: 

  1. Tigo Optimizers are compatible with most inverters, hybrids, and charge controllers on the market.
  2. Cross-tested Compatible Inverters (to ensure absolute compatibility).
  3. UL PVRSS Certified List

  
  The UL PVRSS Certified list refers to the inverters that include the necessary transmitter for the TS4-A-F and 2F (Fire Safety) systems. These systems do not optimize or provide data, they only comply with the NEC requirements for Rapid Shutdown (RSD), in the USA.
