    App issues related to this Community Post were rectified, as of Saturday, June 24th.

    If you observe any issues with the functionality of the Tigo EI Ap or Portal, please Provide a Feedback or Bug Report.

    You may also open up a ticket with the Support Team, directly.

    Hello, I have the same issue as Simon, panel layout and units production have disappeared, and the date field is only showing zeros. Unlike Simon, I use Android OS

    4.9.2 works great on iOS.

    Many thanks to the App Engineering Team for sorting this so quickly. Bugs creep in and clearly, this was unintentional.  The speed at which you sorted this was outstanding. Well done to all @Tigo - great product and customer support. Thank you.

    Tigo actualizó recientemente la aplicación EI en línea. Ahora, debes instalar la actualización. Este es un proceso fácil que es muy similar a la instalación de la aplicación:

    1. Ir a Google Play
    2. Busque la aplicación Tigo EI (el botón verde Instalar ahora dirá Actualizar).
    3. Presiona el botón Actualizar y la aplicación recibirá automáticamente la actualización.
    4. Cuando termine, abra la aplicación Tigo EI.

    Si tiene algún problema, comuníquese con el equipo de atención al cliente para obtener más ayuda.

    Hello Walter Torres,

    Tigo recently updated the EI App online. Now, you must install the update. This is an easy process that is very similar to installing the App: 

    1. Go to Google Play
    2. Find the Tigo EI App (the green Install button will now say Update).
    3. Press the Update button and the App will automatically receive the update.
    4. When complete, open the Tigo EI App.

    If you experience any issues, please Contact the Customer Support Team for more assistance.
