    Thank you for contributing to the Tigo Community!

    The CCA has technology that deactivates the Bluetooth address / App Connect function after 2 hours. To restart the 2 hour window, simply power-cycle the CCA. This will also reset the CCA's software so the system will be ready to Discover again.

    As a side note: Have you contacted Customer Support yet? Our team of highly educated Engineers can help to resolve nearly any system issue.
