Intermittently not picking up 3 optimisers
Newly installed system and there are 3 panels which intermittently come and go to show monitoring data. Panels b10/b11 for example can work for a few hours and then disappear completely for a few days. The 18 panel group never misses a trick, yet the support team are saying there must be a communication issue with the TAP being too far away? I thought it was a mesh network so that If the panels are all next to each other why would there be a problem My installer seems to think doing another discovery may fix it, Tigo don’t seem to have the answer? I’m a bit baffled and now stuck in the middle

I see that you have opened up a ticket with Tigo's Customer Support Team. I am sure that they can find out whether the issue is one of distance, or interference. In the meantime, do you know where the installer mounted the TAP? Some of the British installers consider the TAP to be a sensitive device that requires mounting inside the structure (in the attic).
This unfortunately is not correct, as the TAP is manufactured to be weather proof and attic-mounting can cause impedance of both signal strength and distance.
