    From the image you have supplied, it looks like you have a string that is down.

    This could be due to: 

    • General wiring issues
    • MPPT shut down (inverter may have error report)

    I have started a ticket for you, with our Customer Support Team. One of our engineers will be in contact soon. In the meantime, have your local solar installer review the system and check the inverter for error reports.
