Initial whiney post, but serious matter...
I've been a Tigo customer for seven years. I know this because i just went back through my solar power data log and see that it started in 2014, when a contractor installed a 17kW solar system on my roof. At the time I had never heard of Tigo and was largely unaware of the ad/disadvantages of different optimization strategies. My contractor explained how it all worked, and I'm pleased to say it did work and, in fact, has continued to work 'til this very, (very sunny) day.
Why do I happen to have a data file? Because pretty much every day I've filled in all the columns manually. Why manually? Because - despite frequent importuning - I can't access my Tigo data programatically. Rather, I have to go to their web site to capture it, despite the data coming from my network before it gets to their web site.
In subsequent years I discovered that Tigo isn't alone in this data-hoarding conceit. Tesla Enphase, Sunnyboy (in my personal experience) and no doubt others don't allow one to access raw data from one's own system.
So, simultaneously welcoming myself to the Tigo community and re-starting my Crusade for Data, I present this blogitem: http://priups.com/riklblog/jan19/190106-itsmine-manifesto.htm
If you agree, put in a some words!

Unfortunately, the option of direct data is not currently available. My apologies for any frustration that this may cause.
However, I will forward your comments to the development team for consideration on future products. -

Thank you for your post!
I understand your frustrations regarding Cloud technology. However, you do not need to hand-enter each data point. If you would like to download the raw data from the Basic Charts page, you may click the Download icon (upper right corner):If you would like more data granularity, you can upgrade to a Premium account, which offers an Advanced Charts page.

Thanks! I appreciate the response, but that isn't really the issue. My goal is to not download the data, but to get it from it's point of origination, which is my own network. Downloading presumes a fully-functional internet and that Tigo has received and sent my data back. A tenuous presumption at best in any number of scenarios involving emergencies, natural or other disasters, etc.
Is this round-trip necessary, can't you hear my data calling?

The premium level account also gives access to the web API for fetching data programmatically.
But for someone who lives in a remote area where internet access is metered and/or infrequent, it would be really great to be able to pull the data locally. My local energy monitoring system can keep track of minute-by-minute consumption of 60+ individual circuit channels and keep years of history on an SD card, and I can keep lifetime data on a backup drive. The CCA can only keep a few weeks before it has to push data to the cloud.
I would be happy to pay for the premium account if I could set up my local monitoring system to grab per-panel production data without going through the cloud service.
Which is my way of saying +1 what Richard is asking for! Let's get a local "developer" API on the CCA that will give us raw numbers!
Thanks!

Hello Jesse,
Thank you for your input. I will forward this request to our engineering team. I cannot guarantee if this service will be made available, but I do know that they appreciate all feedback and take your concerns seriously. Thanks again for your interest in making Tigo's platform better for everyone!0
