TS4-A-F Low Voltage until loads are stopped
Hello,
I have the x12 TS4-A-F 700W modules install amongst 4 separate arrays and I've noticed that when one array is running low voltage simply turning off the loads via a disconnect switch inline for a moment will "reset" the system and will allow for full voltage to be available.
I should mention that the low voltage is equal to one panels VOC... so I suspect that only one TS4 module is working.
How can I troubleshoot this issue to determine root cause?

I've recorded this small video to show the issue.

Hi Greg Smith,
Thank you I will submit later today. As an update.
I noticed to day that per documentation (link below) the black PV wires are used in the CT not the reds. Mine has the red wires. Do you know if the blacks must be used? Also I noted that the CT in my installation may be backwards, as the white is facing the array, not the black per the documentation. I assume this polarity issue may provide a inaccurate or weak signal.
Documentation that I'm referring to:

Thank you so much for reading our documentation! We have decided on those design criteria, but that document is new, so some transition systems like yours will not be correct per our documentation.
In reality, the system doesn't care, but for standardization, this is what we recommend. Our Support team will get your system taken care of.
