How to change network settings on the Cloud Connect (CC)Please be aware that the Cloud Connect will ask you for a Username. This is only for certain network setups, so if you have a simple network, select “No” and move on to the Password section.
If this does not work for you, there may be other network issues like firewalls or other security functions.
