TS4-A-O yellow tag after discovery.

Hi Just had 16 TS4-A-O 's installed on two strings of 8 panels, connected in series. After discovery one string worked fine but the second string was not producing any power. Noticed that 4 of the optimisers had a yellow marker and when hovered over said no production.

All the other optimisers where V2 with QR code tags the four with yellow marks had old style barcodes. DO you think its a firmware issue or a connection problem with the string. Thanks

  Typically the yellow bar appears on the PV module when the optimizer is fully discovered. Please allow some time for the optimizer and CCA to fully upgrade to the latest version. For the moment I have created a ticket for you, so one of our agents will take care of this request.
