keine Verbindungen zwischen CCA und Tap

Hallo Zusammen 

mich habe seit einer Woche den Tigo installiert. 
jetzt versuche ich das System einzurichten. 
Leider ohne Erfolg. 
Der CCA verbindet sich nicht mit dem installierten Tap auf dem Dachboden. 
Kann mir jemand sagen, wie es funktioniert
