Monitoring Data - API Testing

Hi Tigo

I understand that your premium monitoring subscription service comes with API access for pulling data from the Tigo Cloud. Do you have a development server with which we could test our use of your API, prior to us paying for a premium subscription?

And you don't seem to have much information regarding your API hosted on the tigoenergy.com website. Is it hidden there somewhere or hosted somewhere else?

    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for contributing to the Tigo Community. 

    We don't have a development server, but we offer one (1) month's trial of the premium package to all the systems. From the desktop view of your system, you can enter >settings then >premium to access the premium trial option page. In this month, you can initiate the API access and start development with it.

    You can also find in this Link the document with the guide elaborating on the API integration. For specific questions, our software team can support you through dedicated tickets.

    Our server is in the USA.
