    Hi William. I went through this same thing when I updated my router a few months ago. Here is the process, found in our Help Center, for reconnecting your phone to the EI App. This reconnects the Cloud Connect Advanced to the Internet and gets your system back online. Once complete, you can use the App and the online portal at smart.tigoenergy.com.

    thank you Greg.  Now I have to learn how to connect my inverter!  Changing my router was more work than I anticipated!

    No problem, William. I just went through a router swap, and my SMA Inverter was such a nightmare to reconnect. They (still) don't support Apple products, and I don't have a PC with WiFi or an Android in my home. I ended up using a PLC adaptor and running a short Ethernet from the adaptor in the garage to the communication terminal in the SMA inverter. Let us know if you run into any trouble.     Hallo, bei jedem Routerwechsel ändere ich auf dem neuen Router sofort
    1. den WiFI-Netzwerknamen (SSID)
    2. das dazugörige Passwort
    3. die IP-Range

    Ich übernehme somit die Daten/Werte des alten Routers.

    Und voilà, das wars. Nach dem Reboot der Hosts ist es wieder so wie es mit dem "alten" Router war.

    Ja, das würde auch gehen!

    Ich denke, William Laplante brauchte auch Hilfe beim Anschließen seines Wechselrichters. Ich hoffe, seine Bemühungen waren erfolgreich.
