The first part of installing a Tigo system is configuring the system online. Start with logging in to your Tigo account by clicking here.
Once an account has been created, click on 'New Installation' at the bottom right corner. A wizard will pop up, and walk you through the quick simple process.
The configuration requires having the barcodes of the Cloud Connect, and of the optimizers or Smart Modules' junction boxes. Templates, to help organize barcode collection, can be found here.
It is highly recommended to use a barcode scanner, to make it quick and typo-free! Any off the shelf barcode scanner can work.
