How do I change/reset my password?

If you know your current password and are logged in to your Summary page, click your name in the upper right corner to edit your user info. Click *Change Password* next to your username.

 

If you don't know your password and would like to reset it, go to installations.tigoenergy.com and click "Forgot Password" or click here and enter the email address associated with your username.
