This article covers how to change the WiFi network settings on your Tigo Cloud Connect (CC).
The Tigo CC is the second generation data logger and can be connected to the Internet via wired (Ethernet) or WiFi connection. If you have changed ISP's, passwords or network settings, you may have to re-connect the CC to the new network.
How to Change Network Settings
Using the green arrow pads on the CC:
- Press Menu (press Enter), and select “Yes”.
- Press the down arrow and select “3.Network” (press Enter).
- Press the down arrow and select “3.3Configure” (press Enter).
- Press the down arrow and select “3.3.2Wireless” (press Enter).
Then, scan for your desired network. When you find it, press Enter. The Cloud Connect will ask you for a Username. This is only for certain network setups, so if you have a simple network, select “No” and move on to the Password section.
When keying in the password, you will be offered a lowercase letter alphabet. If you require an uppercase letter, number or other character, use the up/down arrows to scan forward or back to the correct alphabet/character. When you are done, press Enter a second time, to confirm the password.
