What do the different alerts mean?

Alert             DescriptionAction
Monitoring and Maximizer system not accessible Cloud Connect (or MMU) is not reporting to Tigo Energy Data Center. Verify that the network is working properly and that the Cloud Connect (or MMU) has power. See the Network Troubleshooting Guide for more details.
Low system energy production PV system may not be operating at full capacity. This may be due to external conditions (e.g. weather) or may indicate a performance issue. Check site conditions and verify that system is operating normally.
Low PV module power A PV module has been operating at low power for an extended period of time.This may be due to external conditions (e.g. weather, shading) or may indicate a performance issue. Verify that system is operating normally and check Summary page to view system performance.
Low PV string power A string of PV modules has been operating at low power for an extended period of time.This may be due to external conditions (e.g. weather, shading) or may indicate a blown string fuse. Verify that system is operating normally and check Summary page to view system performance.
Overvoltage Detected—System Shut Down PV-Safe has activated automatically in response to overvoltage detected at one or more PV modules. Contact Tigo Support for more details.
PV-Safe Activated—System Shut Down PV-Safe has been activated manually. High voltage has been removed from the strings. To exit PV-Safe mode and re-energize the system, send the Modules ON command from the Cloud Connect (or MMU).
