Tigo App 3.1 Homepage - All Systems
This article will walk you through finding and viewing your Tigo system in the new Tigo Smart App. For a video demonstration, see the below video!
This page allows you to see all your systems that are:
- Pending
- Ready
- Active
All systems are created in "Pending" mode, switch to "Ready" after system is configured, and eventually become "Active" after the turn ON date arrived.
You can search, filter and ultimately select the system you wish to view or work on.
This is also the place to create a new system by clicking the "+" sign on the top right of the page.
From the menu on the top left of the page you can access a map, view your profile's user name and log out or go to the Tigo Help page.
System Main Page
The system's main page is the landing page after a system is selected. It provides the name of the system and its location and can be customized with a picture of the solar system by pressing the camera symbol.
It displays the current and the up-to-now daily power production and the current weather conditions.
Submenus include:
System View
Module level data, inverter summary, meters
- Array view
- Chart view
Available data includes
- Power
- Voltage
- Current
Go back in time via calendar, see at different granularity:
- Hourly
- Daily
- Monthly
- Yearly
Tap on a module in the array view to see module name, type of optimizer, maximum power output and add it to charts to see its specific performance data.
Alerts

CCA Settings
In the CCA settings you can connect to the CCA of the system via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Once connected you see the serial number and synchronization status and can synchronize the CCA to the cloud. There are three submenus:

You can run a gateway test on the CC from this screen.
Panels
In the Panels submenu you can see the actual received signal strength indication (RSSI) value of all the connected optimizers or smart modules.
