    Hi Conrad, I see that you have already contacted our support team about this and that your s ystem has been disconnected from the internet for quite some time. I recommend downloading the Tigo EI App so that you can monitor your system. You can also log into the Tigo EI Portal here and view your system online from your computer: https://ei.tigoenergy.com/

    A premium subscription is required to revive error and alert messages. The EI App and Portal are a great tools for monitoring system behavior. A normally operating system will look like this on the System View. Notice how the modules show light green colors (which means high production):
